I am here to write a few updates and include some pictures. At the end of last week the city came and chopped down the two trees that had fallen (including the one that was dangerously close to the garden). Since then the fence has been repaired and the garden soaked up the wonderful weather last week and started to really take off and grow! (Look below for pictures on those two items)
I've had some questions about the art show- let me sum it up. IT WENT GREAT!!!! We made some good money and we had a lot of proud JSA kids show off their art work. Not to mention that we had some proud parents, church members, and community members buy some artwork. (Those pictures are also below).
So in the short of it, everything is going well. We'll keep an eye on the weather and see what all of this rain does to the garden.... who would have thought we'd be talking about flooding when we just were uttering the word "drought" a couple months ago!
