First Summer Work Crew

During the summer there will be several different groups of people/kids coming together once a week to do gardening.  This week it was the Girl Scout Troop from Johnson School of the Arts.  Look below to see them working and to see how amazing our garden is coming along (and growing!)

The onions are growing taller.  We can't wait to
see how big they are once we can pick them.

Broccoli!  We are amazed at how much it
looks exactly what we eat.

The cabbage is growing taller and getting fuller.

Some lettuce was actually harvested
this week already!  YUM!

Our pumpkins are sprawling out
and getting big already.

The girl scouts weeded and tended to the plants
making sure that the tomatoes were free
moving in their cages and all plants were growing
big.

Thanks Girl Scout Troops (and their leaders)!!!!!
